Why we built it
Who owns the problem when the tools disagree?
An access review raises questions about a device. A vendor assessment changes how you view an app. An unused licence points back to the same account. Your team still has to connect the findings and decide what happens next.
Sidharth Kaushik founded GovernSafe in Sydney to make that work easier. We bring cloud governance, compliance, security and cost decisions into one platform, with the evidence behind them available for review.
AI helps with the work: analysing policy gaps, assessing vendor evidence and testing web applications. People review the findings and decide what to change. More dashboards alone do not solve that problem.

Connect identity, access and resource context across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Google Cloud and AWS. These are starting connectors; our roadmap extends the coverage.
Continuous threat exposure management (CTEM)
Map internet-facing assets, domains and subdomains. Monitor exposed services, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations with security intelligence in one view.
Agentic web pentesting
Run authorised black-box web penetration testing from a target URL, without supplying source code. Specialised agent planning and evidence checks support the findings.
Compliance automation and AI policies
Analyse policy gaps, draft control-linked policies and collect compliance evidence. Owners review and approve the wording; a policy draft alone does not prove a working control.
Agentic third-party risk management
Start with a company name and URL to assess public security and compliance evidence. In Microsoft 365, vendor assessments sit beside third-party app permissions and consent.
Microsoft 365 and email security
Check email configuration, external forwarding, MFA and app permissions. Run phishing simulations and bring the results into your user risk reviews.
Endpoint management and remediation
Review Windows and macOS posture. Prepare PowerShell for patching and hardening, or analyse script gaps, with testing and deployment decisions kept with the administrator.
AI governance and shadow AI
See observed AI use on devices running the GovernSafe client. Broader agent ownership and approval workflows are on the roadmap.
