Corporate authorship
GovernSafe guidance is published by GovernSafe Pty Ltd unless a verified individual author or reviewer is named. We do not create fictional biographies, credentials, customer stories, or reviewer identities to strengthen a byline.
Source hierarchy
Technical and platform claims should link to current primary documentation from the relevant vendor or standards body. Secondary commentary can provide context, but it must not replace the source for a material factual claim.
Evidence and examples
Customer outcomes, benchmarks, savings, and security results require traceable evidence and clear scope. Worked calculations without customer evidence are labelled as hypothetical or illustrative and are not presented as realised results.
Product and competitor changes
Product coverage, pricing, vendor capabilities, and competitor positioning change. Current capability must be separated from planned work, and time-sensitive comparisons should carry a review date and a prompt to verify current vendor information.
Review and corrections
Substantive updates should change the visible reviewed date and structured-data modification date. Readers can report a factual or sourcing issue through the GovernSafe contact page; corrections should preserve the distinction between the original publication date and later review.
Assisted drafting
Drafting tools may support research, structure, and editing. GovernSafe's publishing standard still requires human review of technical accuracy, claim safety, source quality, privacy, and product status before public release.
